Bundle Up To
Bundle Up To is an initiative with the simplest goal of collecting winter coats from friends, families, and colleagues from various companies in the City of Toronto.
Together we can help those less fortunate to stay warm through this upcoming winter.
It’s A Wrap
Thank you for making the season the biggest we’ve had yet. Unfortunately we will not be accepting any more jackets for the remainder of this winter season. If you have any other questions or want to know when we start collecting again; send us a quick message using our form.
Do the winter jackets have to be brand new?
Winter coats do not have be brand new in order to be donated. They can either be spare or gently worn winter coats. The integrity of our donations is important. A good check would be to donate whatever you would feel yourself comfortable wearing outdoors. We encourage donation of coats to be for those aged 16+.
I have jackets to donate? Where can I drop them off?
If you currently have spare winter coats and would like to donate them, please contact us at by dropping us a message. Currently, we do not have any designated drop off locations, however, a member of our team will coordinate to have them picked up from you.
How will these be donated to those in need?
BundleUp T.O. has currently partnered up with Covenant House, however, donations will be extended to a number of agencies and shelters depending how many coats are raised and the demand of his location. The jackets will be organized and dropped off at these agencies.
If you are an agency/shelter with a demand for coats, feel free to touch base with us.
Can I donate winter accessories?
Yes, please feel free to donate items such as hats, scarves, and mittens/gloves.
I am a business/organization, interested in participating in this unique cause? Can I host a drive?
Absolutely. The larger vision of this initiative is to involve businesses such as restaurants, bars, gyms, and other companies by helping them organize their own BundleUp T.O. drive within their own network.
This is an opportunity to give back to Toronto’s less forunate in a tangible way. We hope to mobilize the cause through our social networks and platforms. Send us a message and we will be more than happy to work with you.
When is the deadline?
There is no planned deadline at the moment. We hope to continue this initiative well past Christmas into the peak of Winter. As long as the Winter season is here, there are people that are not equipped with the necessary items to brace through this cold and rely on our donations.
